Default who knows how to build interactive e-mails?

Who knows how those promotional e-mails that look like web page are made?

I need to learn how to make one that will include a short video clip of a song.
Something like a sales sheet for a CD that will include a short video that people can listen.

The e-mail will be sent to different record labels.

I don't even have a clue how to start. What software do I need to use? How can I implemented in the e-mail body etc?

I need heeeeelp

Thank you

well the best way to do it, is too treat it like you would a webpage, but you would have to build it as if you were writing html4 transitional. all inline styles, no style sheets to be best, your gonna wanna to link to images externally, and have a splash image of the video, and clicking on it would open a webpage where the video resides.

You cant really do an "interactive email" and in all honestly Email Marketing is dead, and if you bulk to more then a few addresses, youll probably end up blacklisted.

agreed.. email marketing sucks. Its a losing proposition. The only way to gain in that is to have reader base who sign up for marketing newsletters.. but even at that, you're not gaining sales, only industry related clientele looking for freebies

You should Build a Site, and include RSS Feeds. And Market your URL, avoid email marketing campaigns.
