new portfolio color scheme/logo

just started working on a new portfolio, wasn't happy with the former one at all...here is the color scheme and logo:

I've perhaps swap your font on your name (personal pref) or give it a little space even if that means being it down in size a tad. I'd drop the 'creative portfolio' bit for now, since it's coming soon.

The magenta looks good on the f, but a little out on the text. I'd drop your name into a single colour like white? or another grey tone... and drop the bit below and that should be cool. Just what I think mind you, but defo good start.

Maybe it's my monitor but I am seeing a pale pink...

I think zumo is right, If you change up the fonts a bit (personally I would change the font on everything including the logo) it might give it some more depth.

I like the coloured words but i feel like there needs to be some reason other than alternating. (Why is your Mike pink when the F is and then why is portfolio and then soon) Maybe there is a better way?

I like that it is simple, that is always the best way to start, and possibly finish

I like the fonts on the main "logo" however i would get rid of that drop shadow.

i like the logo font it works really well and i love that pink, a sans serif font for the rest of the text maybe?
