Looking good.. not sure if I like the positioning of the "& Co Realtors". I see why you did it, just not sure I agree with the overall layout.

crit: Armond Christopher- possibly right align "& Co. Realtors" ?
Stainless Steal: "store" should be a lot smaller, i think that'd be the way to go...
