1st one is the best. Not sure about the gappy text it looks very off

You now have a good hierarchy for your text and your site in general. You are still tracking out your lowercase letters, which makes it very difficult to read. Here is a book that will give you some tips on typography. Read it and stop stealing sheep!

I like the actual graphic design, however the typography is not up to par with it. I think you should justify the column text and lower the letter spacing on the head lines, I would also consider changing that neon green to some color that match better aswell. The Links up top could be made more interesting.

Other then that, good job.
