Get rid of those pencils! To much done, everybody uses them..
I think yoy should use a corporate image that says a lot more about you're own company!
A corporate images makes you're comapny good or bad...so choose wisely!

If you need help with that one, just say me what you're company is doing en i will help you think of an idea.

I'd recommend losing the flash navigation. The effect you are going for can be implemented in XHTML and CSS which will make it accessible and help tremendously with your Search Engine Optimization. Also the white space around the "creative web design" section looks out of place.
I'm not sure about the flash laptop animation as flash player on linux always renders flash contents above anything else, but I'd lose the black background on it and give it some drop shadow love.
The map in your header could do with a bit of masking to ease it into the background gradient.

i use shutterstock...but you hev to pay for that one...
You can surf to www.sxc.hu...there you can find some free stuff...you hev to login and then you can download most of the stock images for free...

What is you're company doing exactely?
