Two sites for you to rip apart, I can take it - give me your worst comments!

They are both full Flash sites - before anyone questions why I have done this, I am moving toward selling myself as a Flash designer only...

Yellow60 | New media designers Kettering

SCM Limited

Thanks for looking!

OK -

Yellow60 - This was really nice top start. The text for 'one moment please' could be a more in keeping colour but otherwise ok. The yellow page is a fair shock after that mind, minro things. Make the text clickable on your buttons as users (such as I did) will want click. Line the titles with the text below if possible, though that might just be me.
Move your portfolio navigation up and reduce a little...

SCM_Your navigation is huge so I'd reduce that first of all, looks a bit cartoony... You opening about us page has far too much content for that space With the indent of the left, and ragging on the right - it's hard to read. I'd sort this out and use the tape measure to better split between that and the services list. The whole thing could do with a little white space to pad it out a bit.

The scm goes off the bottom of my screen and there's no scroll bars?

That shouldn't really matter. Scrollbars should be there for any low resolution. If a person shrinks their window to 50px height they should still be able to use the site.

1024 X 768 but I have a few toolbars. Also google hasn't got a lot to rank the sites with, could be a problem?

The SCM site could easily be recreated in CSS which would make it much more user friendly, if you're going to use flash for a whole site then it needs to make use of flash's potential.

On the Yellow60 site, the navigation bar at the bottom of the logos page goes off the bottom of my page (1024x768).

Overall the design ideas are good but they need some tweaking, particularily what Zumo said.

Good luck with the sites.
