The way I understand it no-one is bashing anyone, you asked for advice and it is being offered, be grateful for that.

As everyone has been saying you need a simple, yet effective, typeface and a icon that represents your company. If you decide to stick with the sheep, i'd consider just a simple head at one side of the logo.

The typeface needs to be simple so it is easy to read and pleasant to look at. An example of this, in my opinion, is: Geo Sans Light Font | dafont.com

HONESTLY.... if this was me right now... i probably would have just jacked the logo Toon just made and left the forum...

Personally I can understand why alot of designers get defensive when it comes to sharing their skills and knowledge; if people are generally willing to learn and not back stab then I'm sure they are happy to help, like they are on this forum. But when people are ungrateful of the little help there is, it really annoys me...
