I think your trying to play with too many styles there, the "C" and the "S" with emboss look like they are part of an illustration, the sheep looks like it belongs on a video game and the rest of your characters although playfull don't quite fit the scene. So my opinion would be to try and take out some of those elements, use the same font for the entire title or maybe recreate it in 3D. Having that said.. awesome sheep

The ident has some potential if developed a little. I am not sure about the text.

I think you need to deal with one element at a time: text; ident; colours.

Go for solid fonts rather than playful ones

How am I suppose to develop it, a sheep is white, add black !

As for the font, what if you want to show playfulness, too hard and it looks rigid.

The sheep itself could express the tone you want to achieve.

Yes, Black and white, but look at the examples above. There are lots that are simply two tone idents, and two of them black and white. I amk not saying they are perhaps great logos, but the show thaat it can be done.

The problem with the playful fonts in logo work is they can look a little ameteur, being as many people who have no design sense go straight for them and use them badly.

Excuse my poor attempt at a sheep but I don' spend much time in the countryside, but I hope this can illustrate how the sheep needs minimal detail to still be recognized as a sheep and the font can be playful without having to look childish.....

It needs some touch up, but here is another version. That one toon created looks, ok, but it could be a ball too, not much definition.
