Yeah, nicely done. The topsplash on the frontpage even changes from time to time. Neato!
I have just one minor point of critique, the italic in the menu, it doesn't fit the design in my opinion. Other than that..great design'ish site!

To be honest I've never been a big fan of the emboss on banners, I would maybe try your title with out but other than that i think it's great and I loved those roll overs.

Do you mean on the logo? Or do you mean the shadows on the edges? If it's the logo, I won't be able to change that. That's how they have their mark.

Yeah i meant the logo, but if it's theirs then it's fine ^^
