Default how to make this..?

I've been trying long time to find out how people make this and this kinda graphics. Im starting on a graphic design / Media course next year. And I would love to know how to do this.

I hope someone here can help out. Would mean to much to me!

First one, there's not hidden talent. Literally vectorising images.

Second one, vectorise images and cover them in a texture.

I always feel like posts are made by bots when they change the default format of their text for no reason.
I just don't see why any person would do that. For that matter, i don't see why bots would be programmed to do it either.

What does that mean? Vectorising?

What software do you have access to? Ideally you need Adobe Illustrator. Then take your bitmap image into it, then "draw over" it with a vector tool.

I use Adobe photoshop CS3. I tried Illustrator but it was a hard program..
