I went for the interview they wanted a brief intro about their Company... after the It we talked like friends about GD, and they wanted to know Why should they heir Me Rather than any one else. so any way it all went well the whole interview took around 1hr

they told that they'll call me soon.. hoping 4 that.. ;)

Also another tip is that you need to remember, as the interviewee, you are as much responsible for interviewing the company as they are interviewing you. Don't seem anxious or desperate.

When you interview the company in your interview

1. ask them what the turnover is like
2. ask them how long the company has been in business
3. ask about what the interviewer likes most about the company

Asking questions impresses them more because you will appear to be truly interested. However, if the turnover is high in a company, find out why or run the other way.

thats a good point. The interview is as much about them as you so if they don't fit with you, don't work for them.

One of the jobs I had as an art director I didn't even know the position was open. Someone recommended me and the company called asking if I would interview.
