That's some solid advice...
Hi, I've written some tips on how to organize your first print portfolio and some ideas of what to put inside it.
Portfolio Tips and Hints
Your article was very interesting, and absolutely 100% helpful to me as a print designer graduating in May. I am working on my portfolio now, so this is again a great help. I just need to find a nice case now.
Thanks again!

Excellent tips .I really appreciate all these points, and I agree completely…
Solid! Sounds just like what my teacher would have said.
I also have the Spink & Gabor case and its quite lovely. After I finished my internship, my supervisor emailed and asked me where he could order one.
A huge plus to any designer is to be sure to include 1 or 2 pieces that show some sort of creative problem solving that you accomplished and as you discuss those pieces, talk about your thought process.
Nice tips.
I'm about to remake my portfolio, this was some help. Thanks!
Life is history in the making..and vice-versa.

Those tips really are practical and could help a lot! Thanks. But I do have a question, what would work best a printed portfolio or one that's published online? Because everyone is aware of how much the internet plays a role in their careers, plus it will surely save us money?? What do you think?
Check the forum often for the latest design announcements. Everything from graphic design and web design, to films and music. Estetica is a great place for people to get together and help each other out.
