Critique Please

This is my personal card, I am new to the site and have much more I would like to have critiqued. Great information by everyone here, please, hold nothing back.

My logo is my name, so I change the card design often.

MY first thought was maybe you could do something interesting with the L. I understand using swiss type in one colour as it appears very crisp but changing the font or the colour of the L might make it more interesting

That neon-ish green puts me off, I would tone it down ever-so-slightly imo

Thanks Heather! Greatly appreciate that, checked out your blog, very nice work on the Three Arch Design piece. Hey, I'm looking for a place with obscure print mediums, any ideas with where to find that on the web. I have mostly dealt locally and they really only get into die-cut and embossing. Need something crazier than that. I want a real attention grabber for a new project. Thanks again!
