****, 93 errors? is there anyway of fixing (some) of them automatically. I notice a lot of them are just unclosed brackets.
Also when you say FIXED font size? what would be the alternative? Any help is appreciated.

I would say cut down on using <br> and you should fix quite a few

Using Points, Pixels, Ems, or Percentages for CSS Fonts
I know this is a wp-theme.. looks good. But you should customize it a bit more by adjusting your font sizes in your CSS. I typically use "ems" or "percentages". Above and beyond, the main reason for doing this is for accessibility concerns. Pixels are relative to screen resolution... using fixed-font sizes locks the fonts to a one size fits all category... bad practice.
