I just did this for a new client, she's happy with it but I think I could improve it for my portfolio.

I just can't see what needs to be done with it though, please give any advice you can.

I don't like the Amber font, it doesn't have the impact as the main title or brand name

I know me neither, but this is already her logo designed by someone else and she told me to use it.

Instead of the harsh cut line change it to a dashed line ?

This is the sort of thing I meant with the font, more of a headline, feminine and curvy and not so servere.

I like what you did with the logo toon definately looks better, I had to start a new project for college though so just decided to give it to her as is, she was happy with it so its all good.
