I'm creating a new forum and I made a "concept" thingy for it. lol It's not finished yet and it uploaded a little small.(plus it's a little sloppy)

I like the style, the only problem i see is that it's very long. Alot of scrolling will be needed. Too much distance between sections (for a forum anyway).

I like it, looks good. a Nice lite looking layout.

I think you may see some issues if your gonna edit an existing php forum and add your own styles.

But hey, good none the less.

The main problem with forum skins are a forum always looks nicer minimal. If you can get rid of all the rubbish forum descriptions, menus top and bottom that aren't needed, all the post previews that don't get read a forum will look alot nicer but the draw back is all these count massively towards SEO.

I've seen plenty of gorgeous forums but they haven't got many members because they went for the minimal look, you've got to be well established to be able to skin how you'd really like to.

That image is scaled down. It seems to me that when the whole thing is scaled up to a normal size that it's too big. But maybe i'm wrong. *shrug*

the gradient lines are too short, and too black.
