Some Sabre Design Logos

I did this one in Photoshop 1.0 (probably back in 89 or 90. It's an Angus Young portrait as a tomato. Unfortunately I didn't know about DPI at the time, so it's not a very big image.

I just started experimenting with color pencil in 2001. This specific color pencil was done in 2005.

One of my specialties by hand is pen & ink. This was a doodle. I think I did this one in the late 90s.

I did this one as a pen & ink by hand (left) and a client who retired from the military wanted to pay royalties and have us make a coin design that was sold on military bases. My husband added the olive branches and arrows in Photoshop.

I did this logo by hand while watching television one night. I scanned it and took it into Illustrator where I colorized it.

It received an award and was published internationally by the place that gave the award. This is one of my favorite logos.

This is an interesting logo (set of logos) because I did the one on the right in Illy and my DH took the file into Photoshop because the client wanted it more realistic looking.

This was a fun illustration. The photo on the right is of the wall that the art is painted on in this bakery. The client wanted to use it as part of their logo, so I had to use the photo to create the logo as a vector piece of art in Illustrator. So the right side is the Illustrator version that I did.

This was not a client job, just something I wanted to try. I had a terrible, terrible time creating these feathers. I did this in Photoshop before layers existed so this was very hard to do. I had very little ram on a MAC IICi. I had the feathers done and my computer crashed. Unfortunately because it took so long to save such a large file....you guessed it. ... I was saving it when it crashed. So I am very fond of these feathers.

This is a pencil drawing I did of my friend Morgan. She was visiting my office and smashed her face against the copy machine.

This was a thumbnail sketch of an album cover design I was working on. The band folded, so the art never got any farther.
