I really like it...I wonder if you could simplify the watch element even more, though. The subject matter lends itself to a very graphic presentation, which you have done, but could be pushed even further and still read as a watch, IMO. Nice colors, too.

Nice, i would remove dots and lines from face of watch. how well does the watch scale down? a simple watch may work better, Really like the "q"
