(Pink looks a lot nicer in print rather than screen safe colours if anyone know of a strong but decent screen pink let me know)

Have you tried using a brush stroke for the symbol? The text is fine, but the symbol looks like its been done in MS Paint.

It's a sharp image it's just the pink is blurred because it's not web safe.

I'd try a brush stroke on the pink part. The color contrast is real sharp, and the brush stroke will bring an organic feeling that will give a good dicotimy (Spelling error riddled sentence) to the steel backdrop, therefore elevating the logo to real artistic level.
