Default How do you do this with photos?

I want to do this effect but dont know how in PS.

Is it a case of cutting out each one and sticking it on one image?

Dont really know what section to put this in but its going to be a poster which is graphic design :)

it's photo manipulation; subject addition.
yes i do know.
yes it is a matter of just sticking people/thing in.
the trick is making it look good.

if your talking about photographic motion capture with prolonged exposure shutter speeds etc. then i can't help you.

Set up the camera to snap off shots of the fellow in various positions. SET UP A TRIPOD! the positioning MUST be exact, but this saves ALOT of effort. Load each image into PS as its own layer in reverse order (so image 1 will be on layer 4) begin there, rub out the sections of Image 1 where the fellow will be in Image 2, 3 & 4. On Image 2, rub out the sections where the fellow will be 3 & 4 an on image 3 rub out the remaining section where the fellow will be in Image 4.
Since the layers auto-align exactly - the whole thing is seamless.

:D
