How do artists like him manage to get the swirls and stuff? Do they draw them single handidly? Or use brushes? I love this kind of work.

I would imagine that he creates them in Illustrator and keeps an archive of them to add to psd files

I don't think it's that much. Check online prices of the CS3 Creative Suite where it's bundled with Acrobat Professional, Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash, Bridge and Dreamweaver and then check single software costs-the bundles are great deals.

When it says 'Student' how do I prove that I am one? I mean I'm not at University or anything so I don't fit under the generic 'Student' label. I'd be really interested in buying that aswell. I'd get you guys to buy it for me eh? ;)
