I'm all set with the website development part of it, just not the overall creation of the graphic - thank you, though.

as i said, go to deviantart.com and find a photoshop brush or shape tool. Download it and draw your own graphic

You could also try decorative fonts to get the shapes and convert them to outlines in AI (then you can tweak the shapes to your liking)

Heres a couple i found:
WM Designs 1 Font | dafont.com
Im Fell Flowers Font | dafont.com
