Default Convert Spot Color to Equivalent CMYK Color
Im working on a corporate identity manual. Im supposed to have it finished in a few days and my problem is that my pantone guide doesn´t show the equivalent CMYK to the corresponding Pantone spot color. I was wondering if anyone knows where can I find urgently a guide to find out the equivalent CMYK or whether there´s someone who can tell me those CMYK, RGB and Html conversions. The Pantones I´m working with are: Cool Gray 5 C and 306 C.

306 is C79% M0% Y6% K5%

You can save yourself money & have software convert the PMS colours for you.
Illustrator & Photoshop will do this.

You're right–they will never be close as paper cannot match RGB.
