Decades past styles - Graphic Design Forum and Web Design Forum

Hello, I'm looking for how they designed using shapes and other little things that made up that decades style and including pop art so commonly found if anyone can remember (specifically 50's) and I've been googling forever with no luck. I would like to see some examples and whatnot to get a understanding;if anyone can help me I'd appreciate it.

Well just how they used shapes and so forth in the 50's as well as pop-art you know how they would have that man in a "wow" pose pointing to something. Pop art like that but if you remember but as for the shapes there was just a certain look like everything was more sharp shapes. I'm looking for reference stuff like this or images (for the pop-art)
