Your Avatar and Why?

Okay, I just started thinking about our Avatar's here on the forum and I often wonder why we use the ones on here.

So here goes my reason:

My avatar is part of a personal drawing that I did. A friend of mine put her face and hands on a copier ....sometime in the 90s, and she made a copy of herself. I loved the way it looked on paper, so I sketched it.
