need some help in printing some pictures

Hi there,
I really need your help. I have a friend that he need his picture printed on poster. The size of the poster is 1000x800cm. His photo is 4000x3000pixels. Is it going to be printed good? I told him that i am not sure that it will look good, so if the answer is the same as mine can you tell how big the picture should be so it will look good on that poster?
