AHhhhH. This is good.
Technically it's competent but the illustrator here made good choices during composition. The British frame being by far the most significant addition (for it's non-obviousness as a design choice, and it's damned good effect of blue/red emphasizing the inner grayscaled art). edit: thanks for the share edit2: portfolio is great too, thanks
