Default "Writer's Block" + have you read this book?

Have any of your experienced the "writer's block" in your creative proceses. Hours go by (or days, or more....) and you can't seemingly design anything you like or inspires you? How do you go about getting out of those ruts, or do you just "wait them out".

To try and improve the consistency of my creativity i'm starting to read a book called The Artist's Way, by Julia Cameron

Have any of you read this book? Apparently it's pretty famous and influential. It's supposed to deal with exactly this problem of creative block

I've never read it but I may see if I can get ahold of it - I've been hitting a lot of walls recently in my creative thinking processes.

How have you founf the book so far?

Ok, so the book is a course. You follow the course for 12 weeks, each week being something different. It's goal is focused on altering your lifestyle - just how exactly i'm not sure; i need to read farther.

There's a lot of preamble to bring down your mental guard - and it actually works. But you really have to be willing, that's going to be key.
