Xavier Encinas is a french Art Director who lives in Paris. He is also known as Rumbero Design.

He started studing graphic design by his own since 1997.
First he worked for some small clients designing websites. In 2000, when he started his business school studies at l'Institut Supérieur du Commerce* , he took part of the Webart Association as a project manager and art director of the webdesign department. During this time he made several training periodes in big parisian web agencies.
