capital letters to lowercase
if like me, you deal with about 40 clients on a daily basic, and some will insist on sending you all their copy in CAPITAL LETTERS, which of course you cant just convert to lowercase in Quark and end up re-typying out again!.
then.... i just found an online VB script programme that will convert all caps to lowercase http://www.w3schools.com/vbscript/tr...e=vbdemo_ucase

Very handy you can also do it in Quark 7 now.
