Default how to do this effect
Hi,

i'm a french student and i try for long time to make this effect :

Stock Photo of Lucky Design Element
Stock Photo of Elegance Abstract. The Best Series
Stock Photo of Beauty Abstract Design Element

If anywone know how to do that, it will be very cool to help me !!

It's similar to how these effects are made...

Abstract Tutorial - Learn how to create an Abstract wallpaper for your gallery.

There's alot of free brushes around that will do the trick. (welcome aboard)

Just make sure you do them high - you never know when you might want to use them of something...
