Opinion Please!

This is a piece I am working on for a local contest. This is the very beginning ideas and thoughts that I am having. I work simple, but for some reason, I feel blocked on this one. I do have to include quite a few names as part of the design, I figured in white, at the bottom. Any advice would be great! Just follow my link and it's the YMCA piece. Thanks!
