Default On screen protractor

anyone know of a FREE (no demo, no eval period, etc.) screen protractor? I googled but everyone seemed to lead to iconico's screen protractor for $30US.

Just wondering if there's a comparable one out there that is free?

I thought you were going to say something like $500. $30 is nothing, might as well pay and get what you want

most of the time there's someone out there who decides to provide a free version that ends up being even better than the commercial one. why waste $30? sorry, i'm not into throwing away money, even if it's only $30.

anyway, i founda temporary solution. i just grabbed a graphic protractor used it on an underneath layer for what i needed to measure

I found a proctologist.. he might use a protractor, if you ask nicely.
