The blog is having difficulty loading for me today. It seems to be the column on the right that is causing the problems. I'm on a broadband connection and it still won't load up properly. I wonder which element is causing the issues, or is it just my computer being weird?

Hmm, it has loaded today but it took quite a while. I was getting 'waiting for spotback.com' in the bottom left of my browser so maybe loading that was slowing it down.

The major problem with a live blog is when you load it it's connecting to about 15 different sites, also because the forum blog consists of great artwork and photography it's important to have the images large and quite high res to keep them looking nice.

Blogger has always been a little low bandwidth due to it hosting so many blogs.

I've entered a small piece of preload js to the spotback try it now and see if the load time is improved
