Film Animation

Hey all!!!! My 13 yo daughter just got accepted to attend high school at an art academy. She'll be taking film animation, guitar, piano and drama as her elective classes. The teachers are amazing at this place. The film animation class uses Final Cut Pro.

I just wanted to let you know. Hopefully she'll be on the boards this summer.

Yes. I love the fact that they have an entire class with G5s (like we already have in our company). She was so excited when she saw that. Even the principal has 2 Macs..... (you didn't want to hear that...did you?)

wow how a lucky girl ;) i wanted to enter a endustrial design school while i was studying for university exams and i missed that school with 1 point and i became a computer enginner :D

that sounds awesome! i went to a school called "Interactive Academy" to study Digital Animation and found it to be pretty funny, but we used After Effects mostly, in a PC-environment.
