Is this a contest or a job?
As you have several 'requests' that sound more like a specific contract or job list, rather than a design competition, where you can pretty much design what you want in a few listed criteria.

Also you state you legally own "http://www.jobsiteprofessional.com" but it is registered to an "Anton Zamov" based in Bulgaria. And I dont think you are going to get one of those amazing sites done in 2 weeks, by someone who is contactable every hour for your requests, unless they are real pro's who probably wouldnt do it for $250 anyway?

In my opinion you need to either increase the winning prize, or slim down what you specifically require in better wording, else make it an actual job? Just my two pence...

i just wanna say that own the software because i legally bought it....(in that way) ... i don't own a software company...

now, i'm sorry for being unprofessional but i'm new in this.
this is not a job placement, but just a design of it which will follow the software code. i don't need the implementation into the actual website/admin.
