I wouldn't worry about it too much - did you see his animated entry for the Fresh competition? LogoSauce™ - Fresh - 2.1

The winner of that was quite a good design, but i wonder if it is a bit too similar to Sony Ericsson?

I'm sorry but someone had better tell them they risk a court case if they use that, it's a way too similar idea and large companies like that copyright and trademark even certain shapes and colors so they can take people on when they want

I was going to post the two examples, and then I thought maybe they are different enough? (Or at least it would be if it wasn't in green)... I'd find it hard to believe the client / designer has never seen the SE logo before though!

the nightmare is continuing:

The contest holder has contacting me because this guy found a logo similar to the one i've done in the contest.

What can i do?
