get fu**ing real mate, like i said or maybe you are too dumb to read, the work from one of my designs is and has been part of my portfolio for three years now. With regards to bit products i hadn't even looked at your design - by the way, just to let you know you are far from the first to create such a logo. Logosauce is hunch full of a community mainly from this forum that just bump up each others work giving hundred of comments and good scores to the people that don't deserve it, the majority of winning designs are just swayed by big votes. I don't even know why i am wasting my time trying to justify myself and don't bother trying to threaten me with a forum ban, i'm gone.

It's a bit unfair to blame the politics over at logosauce on the forum, no point in swearing and having a pop at everything. The best thing to do is be mature say, 'sorry I honestly didn't realise you had done a similar logo, to be honest it's a style that's been used alot so it happens' wipe your mouth and get on with it. The minute you start attacking everyone on the forum over one logo comment you come off looking like the bad one, trust me.
If you're not guilty of anything shouting and yelling and swearing makes you look a little guilty, stick up for yourself by all means but don't start making enemies of everyone you never know people may even stick up for you.

And no-one will be banned for stating their opinion, only in the way you state your opinion.

I think the attacking the forum is a little out of line I bearly even read comments over at the 'sauce now for these very reasons. But the same thing has happened to me in the past and I've been accused and when I saw the other guys logo I couldn't beleive how similar they were and I swear I'd never seen it before but no matter what I couldn't convince any one that I hadn't copied it.

I think you can give someone the benefit of the doubt, especially for 1 similar logo. however there are 2 similiar logo's in question here.

However, if i was in the situation, I would quickly and gladly serve up my original file, even show where i first used it and when.

I wouldnt however, say im gonna take it down to stop whining or tell poeple to get ******* real, and proceed to say they are dumb. Sounds a bit defensive to me... guilty even?

Hey, if he infact created them a long time ago...and did not rip it then i apologize, but nothing has been shown yet to make me think otherwise.

True if you rant and rave you can often make yourself look guilty even if you're not, better to just explain, people will olny treat you how you treat them
