Oh no! This one hands down!

I agree that onesummer should have won. But I really do not like the winning logo at all. It reminds me of another awful logo with 'Ws' that is for a financial company. If I can find it, I'll post it.

I also posted a comment on the winners revision logo for Web Monsters that he copied his own logo from this one for another competition. That's just sad!

when you looked at the symbol (on the winning logo) did anyone see monster's teeth? i didn't, I think it was a poor attempt personally :-(

Why don't you do yourselves a favour and stay away from the Digital Star you know it's just going to be a copy of the brightstar, before all the arguments start, spend the wasted time looking for well paying clients. Logosauce isn't the only outlet.

I thought about not doing the DigitalStar one, but I didn't put a logo in for the Brightstar competition. So I submitted one for the DigitalStar and we'll see where it goes from there. Not a lot you can do outside of type, but the client does want an icon of some sort, I'm just not sure what could work.

Okay, so this may sound petty, but someone on LS copied a tagline of mine.....someone else probably would have come up with it, but they didn't, I did. So I left a somewhat nice comment on the artists logo letting them know they shouldn't copy others like that.

I don't copy other taglines, so am I wrong? Or would you be upset too?

Sorry, onesummer.....that contest was yours to win! Well, at least you have it for another time and whomever purchases it will have a nice logo indeed. I wonder if they knew each other, the ch and designer.........how else could you really end up with that logo? It is not unique, the wm interlocking concept has been done plenty already.....and I don't see the "monster" thing........well, just goes to show you, one never knows what the client will choose in the end......
