Logo Competition

I'm hoping someone else might help take a bit of pressure off me.

Because apparently I've heard there's a few designers around here somewhere, don't know if it's true or not!!

I thought of using a candy cane as an internationally recognised symbol of candy but it seemed too obvious. This picture is great though....

OMG!!!! I like what I see.

You see, I have all the fonts on my PC, I have Photoshop but its just having all the stuff is just not enough - its knowing what looks good and what doesn't and knowing how to put it all together cleanly the way you do.

Its the old saying - All the gear and no idea.

I am too close to the project and tend to be over-fussy with my own logo designs and either cannot thionk of one I like or go overboard and create an over-complicated mess.

The animated gif is excellent too (you may just be messing but I am impressed), I don't need the red page titles but the animation is good, even better if it didn't repeat.

I am so excited to see what you guys can come up with and I do like the name Kandy Xchange or could it be Kandy-X-Change (what do you all think?) it may offer even more inspiration for you guys and gals.

You should post some of your ideas and people will help you develop them, a logo is never created but developed. We could take one throw around some ideas and you never know what it could become.

(ps I looped the animated as it may not be at the top of the window when the animation starts so people could miss it.)

Which fonts do you like on the second lot of logos??

Yes too girly (I Love it personally though because I am too girly myself sometimes). I am just amazed how you can just come up with one idea after another.

To answer your question - I liked the font you used in the animated gif.

Also, what do you think of the Kandy-X-Change name? It looks good in type (symetrical, sounds good AND says what it does).
