my favourites are 4 and 6. But they are a bit feminine.. don't know if your targets are woman/girl.

I will go for 2. It would look good if the leaf was in between natural and process. You fit it somewhere in the middle to fit it and looks natural. Nice designs though!

I'm quite late here, but I say 6 all the way. I believe it was JJ that mentioned that it says nature in a more subtle way, I couldn't put it any better myself. It also matches the type well, I wonder though if the font from 4 would look good with that logo.
