1 and 4 are the best 2 out of the bunch. 1 would be better suited to establish a brand.

12 as i like the simple crisp icon above the text & i doubt that it'd get lost on a busy background like a purely textual ident might. also i like grey it's functional but im unsure as to which colours are considered "spot colours" could any one help?

Number 4 for me.... its simple, will work in every format, also gives easy adaptation for changing the colours if need be with the butterflies. There are no gradients or drop shadows that at the end of the day always cause trouble at some point, B/W would work too.....
