How to get customers

I was wondering whether someone could tell me how to get some customers because we need at least 1 otherwise our business will shut down thanks

we haven't got any at the moment it will be a big help

The best way would be to have a really great site with lots of traffic and inbound links so people searching the web for web design could find you and place orders.

but at the moment nobody seems to be helping me design my new website i have had no relpys inthe design help section

Help is one thing but you can't offer to sell websites if you can't build your own.

i can it's just it is nice to get some friendly advice

You have to have something to look at first. There's no good attaching a jpg to a post and asking for crit. Get a domain name that you own and upload the start of your site there and people will give you pointers.

my friend has changed the website hosting password so i can't upload it

Then that's his domain not yours, you need your own.
