Just wondering what, if anything, you are using to provide support between your web design business (or freelance business) and your clients. How is it working? What do you like/dislike about it?
Thanks in advance for the input!

Well.. I hope this helps. what are you offereing up to now for support?
Do you check up on their site statistics? Do you call them personally every so often to see if they like it or need any modification? When you launch the site you might want to develop a plan with the site owner for future modifications. Often during these routine checkups, they discover they need more services. Also doesn't hurt to offer some marketing help. Tracking how clients come into a business (ie: yellow pages, referal, or website) helps a lot. It will help you too.
