Contract's?

Hey, me and a friend have just started a design company.. we have a couple of clients, but..
i dont know how to approach writing a contract about payments etc?

So can anyone help me?

UG! One of the worst/hardest part of the business if you ask me. Take a look at other people's contracts to get an idea of what things to cover... make a bullet list of points you think your contract should cover and start there.

There are many free / for pay contracts to start with, but from what I've found, you'll have to modify them greatly to suit your needs. IANAL and this is all IMHO yada yada yada and all that...
