How would I become a freelance web developer? - Graphic Design Forum and Web Design Forum

Ok well in my case it would be different. I am a high school student that is an expert at HTML and CSS. Also I am learning PHP and I would like to start my own company with web design.

well thats good to hear, i started when i was in highschool as well. I had a mentor which really helped, i was featured in the local paper and such because of it. Send me some of your design work and let me see what you have got. Incision Studios
