sweet tips... some are self explanatory, but for those of you who AREN't my regular customers.. Second page #3; is above and beyond the most important!! I can't stress this enough.

wat made my PC run the way it does is - i did all the standard things u find in the internet..

i.e - delte cookies
i.e - reduce time for start menu pause in register etc

what did it 4 me was initially

- setting my theme to windows classic - this improved Pc performance incredibly

but i eventually got a half decent graphics card...

the BIGGEST thing i cn suggest, altho i dont know if it works 4 everyone is

- buying a second internal hard drive ( mine is 300GB, SATA II)
---> moved files, folders, temp folders, pics, movies, music all to this drive
the only stuff on my C drive is my programs ( my C drive is 250GB with 185GB free)


^ that plus windows classic theme - means the ONLY program that takes more than 5 seconds to boot is photshop and thats just because i have 3,000 fonts and 350 Brush Sets.

^all of that became irrelevant when i bought my Macbook however, now my PC is just a workhorse 4 torrents, msn-ing and surfing.

actually upon reading this i forgot that i in the end also upgraded my RAM to 2GB...

yea so that might not work 4 ppl LOL
