I can't wait to see the Yahoo-users (flickr and so on) to respond. I heard the stockholders were sueing Yahoo for not taking the bid, however.. how good will your stock stay if users leave you. And a lot of them will likely do so.
Microsoft simply needs to clean up it's act. Like it is slowly doing with Explorer. Win back some respect, don't try to buy it.
