my early re-design

i'm working on a redesign of my website - http://www.aesthetic-design.co.uk/proto and after looking around else where i've realised that it has a few usability problems, i've fixed most of the ones they said, but can you find any others for me please?!

the site clearly isn't finished but the general idea is that the polaroids are going to be portfolio items (although obviously more than just those 4!). I wanted to make the site look as much like flash as possible but using javascript.

It's done very well, you're going to get people say 'why not just use flash?' but I like the way everything is easily readable by the spiders and stylesheets entered for people without JS. Nice can't wait to see the finished product

First usability problem is the in-obvious Enter Site link though. The rest: very nicely done.

Firefox on my laptop doesn't display that paper image in the background or anything inside the side except the background image.
In IE7 it rendered properly but crashed my browser. Well done, that's a first for me.
