Flash Video Player (blogs) add-on won't play

Does anyone use "Flash Video Player" (mac-dev.net » Download Flash Video Player Plugin for WordPress) or can help me get it to work ? It says to insert some code into the message and it will show the video in the message, well I've done that and no suck luck. And the forum is a desert.
